The mission of Eco Rico is to provide customers with healthy, plant-based meals, prepared with the highest quality vegetables: free of pesticides, chemical fertilisers and GMOs, grown at Finca la Fuente in Gran Canaria. We firmly believe that you are what you eat and that is why we use only organic vegetables to prepare our dishes.

Every week we offer the Eco&Rico baskets, full of healthy foods and vegetables: soups, main dishes, sauces, sandwich fillings, desserts and salads. Our menu changes every seven weeks depending on the crops of our land. In addition, our experienced chef de cuisine prepares dishes from around the world.

We deliver our products directly to the door of our customers all over Gran Canaria. We grow, cook and deliver vegan food stored in jars. Thanks to this, the food stays fresh and you can compose your daily diet yourself.
