The renovation of the house was completed in 2019 and all the equipment and furnishings are new and of high quality. It has an entrance courtyard, hall, kitchen-living room with spectacular panoramic views, bathroom, master bedroom with double bed, large wardrobes and TV. On the first floor there is another bedroom with sofa bed and a large terrace with furniture, sun loungers, bathroom and an outside shower. From the terrace there is a wide view of the entire north coast of Gran Canaria, with a beautiful view of the mountain of Gáldar and Tenerife and the majestic Teide on the horizon.
