Villas Rivero is a tourist intermediary legally registered with the Government of the Canary Islands under number I-0003805.1 and has its registered office at Avenida Cesar Manrique nº 1 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain.

Conditions of contract and payment

Once the booking request has been made and the availability of the accommodation has been checked, the client will receive the booking form with the booking details by email.

To confirm the reservation the client will have to pay from 50 % of the total amount of the reservation depending on the chosen property. The remaining payment is due on the day of arrival.

Payment of the booking can be made by bank transfer.

In the event that the payment is not made within the period established on the reservation form, Villas Rivero may cancel the reservation.

Once the first payment has been made, we will send you confirmation of your booking as well as the address and detailed route to the accommodation you have booked.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made well in advance, otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged according to the period of notice:

Communicating with more than 90 days, the cancellation fees amount to 25% of the total amount advanced, communicating between 90 and 60 days, 50 % of the total amount advanced. For cancellations between 60 and 0 days, 100 % of the total amount advanced. - Early termination of the stay does not entitle you to a refund.
